Massage Policies

My goal is to provide a calm, professional, and respectful experience for every client. The following policies help ensure that each session runs smoothly and respectfully for both of us.

📅 Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are booked in advance through my online booking system.

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time to allow for a smooth start to your session.

As this is a mobile massage service, travel time can vary slightly due to traffic or location. If I am running behind, I will communicate with you as soon as possible.

If you are running late, your session may be shortened in order to stay on schedule.

Every effort will be made to provide your full session time.

⏳ Cancellation Policy

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged the full session amount.

💳 Payment

I am in the process of completing my massage therapy education and am not yet licensed.
The services below represent the work I am learning and practicing.
Sessions are offered for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical care.
Donations are optional and appreciated, but never required.

🚗 Mobile Massage

This is a mobile massage service. I bring everything needed for your session, including a professional massage table, linens, and supplies.

Please ensure:

• Enough space for a massage table (approximately 6x10 feet)

• A quiet, comfortable environment

• A safe and appropriate setting for the session

⚠️ Health & Communication

Please inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or areas of concern prior to your session.

Open communication is encouraged during your massage to ensure your comfort with pressure, positioning, and overall experience.

🌿 Professional Boundaries

Massage therapy is a professional service focused on relaxation and therapeutic benefit.

Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in the session being ended immediately and may result in refusal of future services.

🛑 Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to decline or end a session if I feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or if the environment is not appropriate for providing massage.
